Shipping Policy

We utilize USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carriers. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchasing, please contact us at service@amshantelle.com.

We offer USPS standard and express shipping. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping rates are determined at checkout and are based upon delivery address and total order weight. Orders placed with free shipping will also adhere to this schedule and method of shipping.

Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship Monday - the following business day.

Please note that once your order has left our warehouse we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once it is in the possession of USPS and UPS. USPS and UPS are responsible for delivering your package on your delivery date. Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please click the "Request A Return/Exchange" link in the Information section below to initiate the return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
